The Alocasia Lauterbachiana are also known as Elephant Ears due to their wavey leaves. It grows well in high humidity and warmer temperatures.
Light: Place it where it can receive bright but indirect sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight as it will scorch its leaves.
Water: Allow the surface of the soil to dry up to touch between waterings. It enjoys humidity so the occasional misting also works well.
Fertilizing: Feed it with a balanced liquid fertilizer during its growing season. Although the Alocasia may be a heavy eater, feed it moderately.
