Overall job objectives

Project initiation, planning, execution, controlling and preparing comprehensive reports.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitating technical guidance & support to the site team.
• Coordination with internal departments,other project managers at sites, consultants and vendors.
• Maintaining quality of work & implementing project as per scheduled milestones.
• Handling of manpower bills, payments etc on site.
• Preparing Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation & Budget, and Material Take off statements reconciliation statement, checking bills and estimation of man hours requirement.
• Submit material list
• Submit drawing list
• Submit site organization chart
• Submit program schedule (in line with main contractor's program)
• Attend all site meetings
• Liaise with main contractor, subcontractor, suppliers s
• Proper handover to customer upon project completion
• Approve / endorse final price before sales quote to customers
• Take over management of project, including VO and WO works
• Put up and submit claims to customers

Job Specifications

• Degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture or other related fields with minimum of 5 yrs experience in landscaping projects
• With special horticulture skill, project management skill, designing and sales experience.
• Have knowledge and experience in health and safety regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
• Good track record of projects completion
• Have a passion in landscaping and good scheduling, planning and execution skills
• Have a good computer literacy
